Donald B. Linsky, Esquire
Raised in Tampa, Florida, Donald B. Linsky is a graduate of Tulane University, and received a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Northern Illinois. Donald has a Master of Tax Law Degree from the University of Miami, and was admitted to the Florida Bar Association in 1978.
He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the Florida Bar Elder Law Section, Tax Section, and Real Property, Probate and Trust Law. Donald is also a member of the Sun City Center Rotary Club and Chamber of Commerce.
In his spare time Donald coaches baseball and softball. He led Team USA Women's Softball to a gold medal at the 19th World Maccabiah Games, held in Israel, in 2013.
Jessica M. Bober, Esquire
Jessica joined Donald B. Linsky & Associates, P.A., in March 2008. She focuses her practice in the areas of Wealth Preservation, Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Estate Planning, Probate, and Real Estate.
Jessica received her Juris Doctorate from Barry University School of Law and was admitted to the Florida Bar Association in 2008. She was selected as a member of the Barry University School of Law Honors Moot Court Team and was a member of the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity. She is a graduate of Ohio University, where she received her Bachelors Degree in Arts & Sciences Pre-Law.
Jessica frequently speaks to audiences throughout the state regarding Estate Planning, Probate, and Real Estate issues. She is a member of the Florida Bar Elder Law Section, as well as, the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section.
